ADP Registration is Live!

Join us this summer!

Years in the Making!

Over the years, I’ve always thought about a hockey camp I attended in Toronto. It was called the Roger Nielson Summer Camp and it was the most fun and educational week I had during my hockey days.

Over the years, I’ve thought about ways to bring this format to lacrosse, and instead of running it as a camp, we decided to marry it with the hockey summer training model.

The ADP is focused on individual skills, Lacrosse IQ, athletic development, and competition. Not only was their competition during the games, but actively competing on and off ice. It created a fun, competitive environment that created buy-in from the athletes.

Throughout the six-week program, ADP will implement a team-oriented point system. Participants will earn scores based on a range of factors, spanning from attendance to in-game statistics. The knowledge that every aspect is a competitive element against other teams adds a motivational edge, fostering the development of strong bonds among teammates throughout the summer.

The first day of the program, the players will be evaluated and drafted by our staff of current and former collegiate players. Coaches will be able to make trades until July 1st.

You can find a detailed breakdown below, but it's important to note that each morning session will center around dynamic stations and competition days. The objective is twofold: ensuring every player receives thorough attention for fundamental skill development and positional movements, while simultaneously fostering an environment where teams are actively challenged to excel in drills and achieve milestones.

I like to think of it as positive peer pressure. Players will want to do well, learn, and show up to represent their team.

Check out the details and thought process below, and please fill out our form to receive more information about the ADP and registration process.

WHO IS THE ADP FOR?

The ADP is built for passionate players that want an organized summer training program that doesn’t require travel during the summer. Our target player, most likely, does not participate in club lacrosse or has limited club plans during June and July.
